Customer Service Manager

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER 
LOCATION: DALLAS/FT‭. ‬WORTH

Rapid Medical is quickly expanding our commercial sales operations efforts across the US. We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to help us support our increased customer relationships across the Americas Team markets. 

In this role, we seek a team member who is a thought leader with a mindset for service. We expect you to be an excellent communicator who understands customer needs. We want to meet you if you are also goal-driven and analytical.

Scope & Responsibilities: 

  • In-depth knowledge of using and optimizing ERP software

    • Create and manage business processes, including special selling programs & promotions

    • Generate reports

  • Customer master data management

    • Account set up

    • Pricing 

    • Territory alignment

    • Bill-to and ship-to sites

  • Customer order management

    • Order receipt, confirmation & entry

    • Return authorization

    • Credits & rebates

    • Invoicing

  • Order fulfillment & distribution operations

    • Receipt of medical devices shipped from manufacturing locations

    • Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders

    • Warehouse management

  • Inventory Management

    • Marketing collateral, supplies, and demonstration products 

    • Car stock

    • Evaluation

    • Consignment

    • Inventory reports, audits, and reconciliations

  • Finance management

    • Purchase orders

    • Accounts receivable & collections

    • Accounts payable 

    • Coordination with the Corporate Finance team in Israel

 

Required Education & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role 

  • A high school diploma 

  • Warehouse management experience

  • In-depth knowledge of using and optimizing ERP software

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong interpersonal skills (customers, sales leadership, cross-functional business partners)

  • Strong communication skills (Listening, writing, and speaking)

  • Strong analytical, process, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with minimal supervision

 

 

Preferred Education and experience

  • Prior customer service experience in a medical device environment

  • Experience with PRIORITY ERP 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Rapid Medical is quickly expanding our commercial efforts across the US. We are looking for a Neurovascular Territory Managers across all major cities/regions in the US to help us increase our sales revenues and maintain customer relationships in several major markets. 

In this role, we seek outstanding organizational and sales skills. We expect you to be an excellent communicator who understands customer needs. If you are also goal-driven and analytical, we’d like to meet you.

  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.

  • Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.

  • Train physician & staff on proper use of Rapid Medical products 

  • Support live cases and coach physicians and techs through use of our product

  • In-service all staff on product and procedural steps

  • Support our territory managers by collecting case information and products used during procedures

  • Engage with physicians and staff to have knowledge of upcoming cases

Requirements:

  • Neurovascular interventional radiology knowledge 

  • Prominent knowledge of anatomy 

  • Radiology Technologist with Neurovascular experience preferred 

  • Proven ability to position products against competitors

  • Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Highly motivated
