The Corporate Excellence Specialist will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition, retention and engagement process at Rapid Medical in the US. They will help with the successful onboarding of new employees while ensuring compliance of HR policies. They will work closely with management to foster strong engagement and inclusion in a fast-paced, results driven environment. They will work closely with our global Corporate Excellence team to build a unified corporate culture and maintain Rapid Medical as a great place to work.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the talent acquisition process – from job descriptions, supporting managers and talking to candidates to tracking and documenting the process, while ensuring a great candidate experience.

  • Manage the On-Boarding process – from preparing the arrival of the new employees, being a focal point for trainings and tracking their adaptation to supporting the process in the HR system, while ensuring a great On-Boarding experience.

  • Works with management to measure effectiveness of HR core processes including employee retention, engagement, and time to fill vacancies.

  • Manage the welfare activities – plan and execute department and site events.

  • Manage the Off-Boarding process - from coordinating the exit process to doing exit interviews, while ensuring a respectful departure experience.

  • Provides input to management on talent development and employee relations.

  • Work with other departments, in a range of projects, to maintain Rapid Medical as a great place to work.

  • Ensures adherence to HR policies and programs.

  • Work with Compliance to ensure assignment and deployment of key HR trainings.


  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist or a similar HR role.

  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field.

  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.

  • Familiarity with the cycle recruiting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.

Scope & Responsibilities: 

  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Analyze sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales techniques.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Monitor competition within the assigned regions.


  • 5 plus years of medical device experience as a Territory Sales Manager or Sales Representative.

  • Experience in the Neurovascular field – strongly preferred

  • Vascular experienced required

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.

  • Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Highly motivated.

  • Must be willing to travel 70% and cover multiple states in geography, valid US driver’s license required.
