Territory

NEUROVASCULAR TERRITORY MANAGER 
LOCATION: ALL MAJOR CITIES ACROSS THE US

​

Rapid Medical is quickly expanding our commercial efforts across the US. We are looking for a Neurovascular Territory Managers across all major cities/regions in the US to help us increase our sales revenues and maintain customer relationships in several major markets. 

​

In this role, we seek outstanding organizational and sales skills. We expect you to be an excellent communicator who understands customer needs. If you are also goal-driven and analytical, we’d like to meet you.

​

Overview:

​

Our mission is to develop safe and effective neurovascular medical devices that are beneficial to patients and meet physicians' needs. We are committed to advancing patient care by providing the most reliable, easiest to use and highest quality products supported by proven clinical data. 

 

We are looking for a dynamic leader to become an intricate part of the success of their team. With a focus on adding immediate value to both customers and the organization, this candidate will possess all the necessary skills to drive market share while at the same time build lasting long-term relationships.

Scope & Responsibilities: 

​

  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Analyze sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales techniques.

  • Monitor customer preferences to better understand what type of sales efforts would be most effective for them.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Monitor competition within the assigned regions.

Requirements:

​

  • 5+ years of medical device experience as a Territory Sales Manager or Sales Representative.

  • Experience in the Neurovascular field – strongly preferred

  • Vascular experienced required

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.

  • Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Highly motivated.

  • Must be willing to travel 70% and cover multiple cities/states in geography, valid US driver’s license required.

Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Required to collect data and feedback from customers 

  • Support end users in the live cases 

  • Train physician & staff on proper use of Rapid Medical products 

  • Support live cases and coach physicians and techs through use of our product

  • In-service all staff on product and procedural steps

  • Support our territory managers by collecting case information and products used during procedures

  • Engage with physicians and staff to have knowledge of upcoming cases

Requirements:

​

  • Neurovascular interventional radiology knowledge 

  • Prominent knowledge of anatomy 

  • Radiology Technologist with Neurovascular experience preferred 

  • Proven ability to position products against competitors

  • Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Highly motivated

  • Must be willing to travel 70% and cover multiple cities/states in geography, valid US driver’s license required
