Product Manager

We develop safe and effective interventional tools that are beneficial to patients and meet physicians' needs. Our current commercial portfolio is focused on neurovascular intervention tools, including solutions for ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke treatment and interventional navigation tools. We are committed to advancing patient care by

providing the most reliable, easiest to use and highest quality products supported by proven clinical data. We sell our products around the world, currently focusing on Europe and US. Rapid Medical central facility and headquarters is located at Yokneam industrial zone, Israel.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and spearhead our future

portfolio.

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct market and field research to identify relevant unmet clinical and customer needs.

  •  Generate business plans and marketing/product requirements for the new portfolio products.

  •  Generate project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

  •  Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with R&D, QA & RA, Clinical, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams to optimal delivery of projects' objectives.

  •  Actively drive and participate in planning and execution of R&D activities to ensure fulfillment of product’s vision.

  •  Drive and support the execution of the regulatory pathways.

  •  Manage and support the development of clinical, marketing, training, and educational materials.

  •  Lead successful commercial implementation of new products.

Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in a product management or similar position at a medical device company.

  •  Experience in endovascular intervention procedures, devices, and practices.

  •  Outstanding project management skills and aggressive drive for execution.

  •  Good technical skills, hands-on approach.

  •  Adjustability to a fast-paced business environment.

  •  Excellent communication and presentation skills

Clinical Research Associate - Florida

We are looking for a Clinical Research Associate to assist us in conducting clinical trials in the neurosurgery/neuroradiology medical device field. 

Strong preference for candidates from South Florida area. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with the development and implementation of clinical processes, procedures, and programs.

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, local regulations, and ICH and GCP guidelines.

  • Maintain current clinical study SOPs.

  • Assist in the clinical conduct and administration of clinical trials.

  • Training site staff on protocol requirements, proper source documentation, case report form completion, and electronic data capture platforms

  • Conduct regular site visits (initiation, monitoring, close out), coordinates project meetings, and writing visit reports.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships and communication with site investigators and research staff.

  • Drive subjects’ enrollment.

  • Basic data management and analyses.

  • Other tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering or similar).

  • Experience in Clinical Trials, GCP, Institutional Regulatory Boards.

  • CRA-certified.

  • Ability to travel within the US frequently and ability to manage travel schedules and arrangements.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently; meet all deadlines.

  • Knowledge of FDA regulations and their practical implementation.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), electronic data capture platforms.

We are looking for a Neurovascular Territory Manager to help us increase our sales revenues and maintain customer relationships within New York/ New Jersey areas.

Scope & Responsibilities: 

  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Monitor competition within the assigned regions.

Requirements:

  • 5 plus years of medical device experience as a Territory Sales Manager or Sales Representative.

  • Experience in the Neurovascular field – strongly preferred

  • Vascular experienced required

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.

  • Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Highly motivated.

  • Must be willing to travel 70% and cover multiple states in geography, valid US driver’s license required.
