Rapid Medical is quickly expanding our commercial efforts across the US. We are looking for Neurovascular Territory Managers to help us increase our sales revenues and maintain customer relationships in several major markets.

We are looking for a dynamic leader to become an intricate part of the success of their team. With a focus on adding immediate value to both customers and the organization, this candidate will possess all the necessary skills to drive market share while at the same time build lasting long-term relationships.

Scope & Responsibilities: 

  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Analyze sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales techniques.

  • Monitor customer preferences to better understand what type of sales efforts would be most effective for them.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Monitor competition within the assigned regions.


  • 5 plus years of medical device experience as a Territory Sales Manager or Sales Representative.

  • Experience in the Neurovascular field – strongly preferred

  • Vascular experienced required

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.

  • Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Highly motivated.

  • Must be willing to travel 70% and cover multiple states in geography, valid US driver’s license required.
