Extreme tortuosity of the vertebral and basilar arteries resulted in challenging navigation to the basilar tip with 2.5 hours of multiple attempts reaching it, using 5 different guidewires. Finally #Columbus (DRIVEWIRE), the steerable guidewire with it's stable support, managed in 30 seconds, to navigate the stuck 0.027" Headway microcatheter into the aneurysm's sac for a web implementation.
